2026 National Quality Month | YH Deepens Quality Technical Foundation Through International Standard System DevelopmentIssuing time:2026-09-07 14:32
As golden autumn arrives in September and osmanthus flowers bloom, the 2026 National Quality Month is upon us. This year's theme is "Strengthening Quality Technical Foundation and Enhancing Quality Safety Assurance." As a leading domestic supply chain service enterprise, YH has actively responded to the national call. Centering on three core pillars—high-quality warehousing operations, supply chain security, and compliance management—YH is vigorously advancing quality improvement and risk prevention and control efforts. By leveraging international standard system development as the key driver, the company continues to solidify its quality technical foundation and faithfully practices the principles of "Quality First, Compliance Foremost, and Full Staff Accountability."
Deepening Warehousing Operations Fortifying Quality Foundations Through International Standards
Warehousing is a critical link in supply chain quality control. Recently, YH has fully implemented the BRCGS S&D Global Standard for Storage and Distribution, 4th Edition, and has organised specialised training on the scheme for all staff. The training focuses on product safety and quality management, covering core modules such as product safety hazard identification, standardized on-site warehouse management, and cold chain vehicle and transportation management, ensuring that every warehouse operator can translate standard clauses into daily operational norms. Building upon this, YH will further implement system management requirements including incoming goods inspection, picking verification, dispatch verification, a four-hour rapid traceability system, product release procedures, supplier control, internal audit mechanisms, non-conformity corrective actions, and continuous improvement, thereby establishing a quality assurance system that covers the entire warehousing process to ensure the quality and safety of every item of goods during storage and transit.
Upholding Supply Chain Security Building Risk Defenses Through Systematic Training
Supply chain security is a vital safeguard for stable enterprise operations. Recently, YH organized specialized training on the ISO 28000 Supply Chain Security Management System, covering over one hundred management and operational core personnel, systematically enhancing the team's professional capabilities in supply chain risk prevention. Focusing on the four core links of procurement, transportation, warehousing, and delivery, YH has established a supply chain security control mechanism based on systematic risk assessment, supported by standardized operational procedures, and guaranteed by institutionalized emergency response protocols. Through the collaborative participation of all staff, YH is building an "end-to-end" supply chain security defense line, continuously enhancing supply chain resilience and business continuity assurance capabilities in complex environments.
Strengthening System Compliance Driving Management Upgrades Through Authoritative Recognition
Compliance management is the cornerstone of sustainable enterprise development. In June this year, YH was awarded the "Information Security Excellence Award" by SGS, the internationally authoritative standards organization, in recognition of its solid management practices in the information security field. This honor signifies that the company's systematic capabilities in information security management have received international recognition. Currently, YH has established a multi-system management framework encompassing the AEO customs advanced certification system, the TAPA cargo security system, the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, and the ISO 28000 Supply Chain Security Management System. Each system performs its distinct role within a closed-loop linkage, forming a three-dimensional supply chain management framework of "compliance as the foundation, security as the safeguard, information security as the shield, and full-domain empowerment."
The strengthening of quality technical foundation capabilities cannot be achieved without the participation and practice of every employee. On the occasion of the 2026 National Quality Month, YH extends the following initiative to all regional subsidiaries: We encourage all units to spontaneously carry out diverse quality improvement activities tailored to their own business characteristics. Whether through warehousing operations skills competitions, supply chain security knowledge contests, compliance management case-sharing sessions, or system implementation experience exchanges, every activity serves as a vivid interpretation of our quality culture. We look forward to seeing all regional subsidiaries innovate activity formats based on local realities, allowing the principles of "Quality First, Compliance Foremost, and Full Staff Accountability" to take root and bear fruit at the grassroots level. The strengthening of quality technical foundation capabilities is the prerequisite for enhancing quality safety assurance. Taking the 2026 National Quality Month as an opportunity, YH will continue to advance the deep implementation of international standard systems, constantly improve warehousing operations, supply chain security, and system compliance management, and contribute corporate strength to the building of a quality-driven nation.
